Big names from around the world brought the glitter, glam, and dazzle to the Oscars 2023 ceremony, which kicked off on March 12( March 13 in India) at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.

At the 95th Academy Awards, SS Rajamouli’s RRR’s ‘Naatu Naatu’ won Best Original Song, making history. Cameras panned towards the audience to capture the reactions of other members of the RRR team as music composer MM Keeravaani and lyricist Chandrabose took the stage to accept the award. The film’s stars, Ram Charan and Jr NTR, hugged each other as the award was announced.

Earlier in the ceremony, Deepika introduced the Naatu Naatu performers on stage. She referred to the song as a “banger,” and the audience applauded her as she spoke about the dance number. A standing ovation greeted Kaala Bhairava and Rahul Sipligunj’s performance in the Dolby Theatre. Naatu Naatu from RRR previously won a Golden Globe in the same category. It is the first song from an Indian film to receive the award.

‘Everything Everywhere All At Once’ had a big night, winning nearly every award it was nominated for at the prestigious ceremony. The film, which depicts a Chinese immigrant becoming engrossed in an epic adventure in which she must connect different versions of herself in the parallel universe from the evil person who wishes to harm the multiverse, won around seven Academy Awards.
