Sangram Chougule
Sangram Chougule, who resides in Pune, Maharashtra, made his place in the hearts of people with his magnificent body. He won the first place as ‘Maratha Shri’ by participating in ‘Maharashtra Inter College Competition’. Sangram, who is an engineer by profession, is counted amongst the top body builders of India. Sangram was enthusiastic about bodybuilding since his childhood and made such a body with his devoted hard work that surprised everyone.
In 2009, Sangram also became the best bodybuilder of Maharashtra by conquering the title of “Maharashtra Shree”. Sangram, who won many more trophies both at the National as well as at the International level. Further, he won the title of “Mr.Universe” in the year 2012 and also in 2014. Not only this, he also won the title of “Mr. India” for 6 times.
Suhas Khamkar
Suhas Khamkar is regarded as one of the most reputed bodybuilders of India. He is a professional bodybuilder. Suhas won various medals and awards both at national and international bodybuilding competitions. He earned many more titles like “Mr. Africa 2010”, “Mr. Olympia” and so on.
Suhas, who lives in Maharashtra, is the first Indian bodybuilder who came first in the 80 kg competition of “Mr. India” in the year 2012. He is the one, who also won the gold medal at the “National level Railway Competition”. In the year 2010, he was conferred with the title of “Mr. Asia”, besides, Suhas has also been the first runner up in “Mr. World Bodybuilding Championship”. Further, he won the title of “Mr. India” for 7 times. Suhas Khamkar is also popular as the “Arnold of India”.
Sahil Khan
Most of us already know Sahil Khan is! He is also famous asIndia’s most expensive fitness trainer. Sahil Khan, also worked as an actor in many Bollywood movies, apart from acting,he even directed and produced many films. Some of his famous works are movies like “Style” and “Excuse me”.
After leaving Bollywood, Sahil made bodybuilding his passion and profession, he owns a gym called Moussals and Beaches in Goa. Not only this, he is also the brand ambassador of “Mumbai Body Building Association”, Sahil Khan is a very brilliant bodybuilder and has immense fan following.
Rajendran Mani
Rajendran Mani, who is from Tamil Nadu holds a distinction in body building. He has a great passion for fitness and he started his training at the early age of 10. After serving in the Indian Air Force for around 15 years, he passionately undertook body building.
In 2002, he won the first championship, Rajendran is the only bodybuilder in India, who won the title of “Mr. India”and “Champion of Champions in India” for 8 times. Mani further became “Mr. Asia” thrice and “Mr. World” twice. Rajendran Mani is also exalted as “Indian Hulk”. He made his place among the greatest bodybuilders of India.
Murali Kumar

Murali Kumar, born and brought up in Kerala. Became a prominent bodybuilder of India, fighting against all his tough conditions. Murali works as a sailor in the Indian Navy, he won the title of “Mr. India” in the year 2013 and 2014.
Murali Kumar was in the news a lot in the 2012 Asian Bodybuilder Championship which was held in Vietnam. Murali Kumar was very enamoured of bodybuilding since his childhood, he also loves training others in bodybuilding. He is quite active on social media.
Ankur Sharma
Chandigarh-born, Ankur Sharma is currently one of the best bodybuilders in India. He won the “Mr. Universe” title in the year 2009. After that Ankur, never looked back. He also won the “Mr. South Asia” title in the same year.
In 2012, Ankur won the title of “Mr. India”, and the next year in 2013, he won the title of “Mr. Asia” in the World Championship, became “Mr. All India Inter University” four times and won the “Mr. India title” for seven times in a row.
Varinder Singh Ghuman
Varinder Singh Ghuman, born on December 28, 1982 in the city of Punjab, Gurdaspur. Varinder Singh Ghuman is a professional Indian bodybuilder. Varinder Singh Ghuman is a purely vegetarian bodybuilder. He not only followed his vegetarian diet, but also proved himself. He actually broke a myth that many people believe about bodybuilding, that non-veg diet is a must for bodybuilders. Varinder is also known as “He-Man”.
Varinder won the “Mr. India” title in 2009 and also won silverin the “Mr. Asia” event held in the year 2012. He is the first Indian bodybuilder to get the Super Pro Card by the International Federation of Body Building. Currently, Varinder is acting in Punjabi and Bollywood films.
Amit Chhetri
Amit Chhetri is one of the Gorkha body builders of India. He was born in Haridwar and is currently working in Uttarakhand Police. His famously known as“Arnold Schwarzenegger”. Amit Chhetri is regarded as one of the best bodybuilders in the 95 to 100 kg weight category. Tamil Nadu has won Gold Medal in Mr. India Federation Cup in 2007 and Silver Medal in Open Senior Mr. India in 2012.
In 2013, Amir Chhetri won the Champions Federation Cup. Amit won Gold in Fairfax World Police and Fire Games 2015 and Mr. India 2016. Amit Chhetri is one of the most industrious and talented bodybuilders in India.
Thakur Anoop Singh

Talking about Thakur Anoop Singh’s childhood or his education practice, Thakur Anoop Singh was born on 23 March, 1989 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. And after completing his graduation, he was trained to become a pilot from The Dowling School of Aviation in New York.
Later, he became an actor. And after acting in many super hit serials, Anoop Singh devoted his entire attention to bodybuilding. Anoop made a very good body. Due to which, further he also participated in many bodybuilding and fitness championships.
In his bodybuilding career, he took part in the Fit Factor Championship in the year 2015 and won the silver medal in the Man Fit Fitness category. And took part in 49 Asian Championships and won the Brown Medal. Thakur Anoop Singh also won gold medal by participating in man physics degree in seventh WBPF championship. It was Thakur’s first gold medal in bodybuilding that made him very famous.
Wasim Khan
Wasim Khan started body building at an early age of 15. At first he started building body only as an amateur interest, but after watching body-building competitions on TV he began to take his training seriously. Wasim’s weight was only 49 kg, which is very less for a body-builder, then he firstgained alot of weight. He won the gold medal in the first competition in Delhi in the year 1999. After that he worked hard and got to the position where he is now.
Apart from being a three-time “World Champion” in bodybuilding, he has also been “Mr. Universe”, “Mr. Galaxy”, “Mr. Asia”, “Mr. India” seven times and “Mr. Delhi” 13 times. Professional body-builder, Wasim now aspires of winning gold in his Olympiad.
